THE TEAMSTYLES PROCESS

The goal of Teamstyles is to assist team members communicate openly and honestly about how they see themselves and both give and receive feedback from their peers.

After a short exercise participants will be able to validate their results and join in the peer review process.

Rather than taking a traditional psychometric approach Teamstyles is all about communication. It is the process which dynamically demonstrates how style impacts on communication.

ADVANTAGES OF THE PROCESS

Teams who use it report that, compared with other assessments they have used, Teamstyles is simple to understand and allows open communication to occur. It is available in two versions; the standard version Teamstyles (Team Style Indicator) for work teams and the abbreviated version (Teametrics) for project teams or seminar groups.

The Teamstyles workshop can be completed in 4 hours and in the abbreviated Teametrics process, in less than 2 hours.

A self help guide to better teamwork

Good teams encourage open communication, healthy debate and celebrate the strengths that different styles bring to a team. However, with the ever increasing demand for change world wide, teams are under greater pressure than ever, and unfortunately personality conflicts increase with that pressure.

People Make the Difference

Building the commitment and involvement of employees is one of the greatest challenges of the new century. Leadership, effective communication and the empowerment of people are essential elements for the long term success of companies and organisations. No organisation can claim security in strategic planning if it fails to acknowledge the critical importance of its people.
